Club Meetings

Newbury Club Meetings
The club normally meets every fourth Thursday in the month at the Chequers Hotel, Newbury at 7:30pm to plan fund raising events and discuss welfare requests. Members also meet socially for dinner and chat every second Thursday at local hostelries.

However due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are currently holding all our meetings online.  If you wish to attend, please contact our president at president@newburylions.org.uk.

Zone Meetings
Newbury Lions Club is a member of Zone 2D with clubs from Newbury, Basingstoke, Loddon Valley, Abingdon, Charterton and Wargrave. The Zone clubs meet five times a year at different venues with clubs taking turns to act as host. The meeting combines business with a social meal and allows the zone clubs to share experiences and ideas and to work together on special projects.
